From search and display to shopping and video, it’s important to make the right decision regarding Ad type to maximize your advertising efforts.

Search Ad Campaigns

Search ads are best used if you are trying to sell the inventory of your products, as they appear on Google Search. These ads are most useful to product sales because they generate sales, leads, or traffic to your website. They are also very easy to set up! You target the market you want with specific keywords.

Display Ad Campaigns

Display ads are used to visually engage your customers. These ads appear on websites, apps, and Google-owned platforms, such as YouTube. These ads help to improve your business’s reach and to stay at the forefront of someone’s mind. These ads are meant to be memorable to the viewer.

Video Ad Campaigns

Video ads are used if you are trying to sell the inventory of your products. These ads appear on websites such as YouTube and help to create brand awareness and drive your leads to convert.

Shopping Ad Campaigns

Shopping ads are used if you are trying to sell the inventory of your products. These ads appear in the shopping section or search on Google. These ads use retail marketing to get people to buy from your store and help you sell inventory to locals.

In conclusion, Google Ads offers a variety of campaign types, each tailored to different advertising goals and audience engagement strategies. Search campaigns are ideal for capturing intent-driven traffic, Display campaigns excel in brand awareness with visually appealing ads, Video campaigns engage users through compelling video content, and Shopping campaigns streamline the process of online retail. How to Use Google Guarantee to Gain Customer Trust

How to Use Google Guarantee to Gain Customer Trust

      Reading Time: 3 minutes

What is the first thing you do when you are looking into a new service, searching for a restaurant, or even applying for a job? You look at reviews — more specifically — you look at Google Reviews! As a business owner, this is something you should consider because you want to be the first name that pops up when potential clients search for you. Plus, it’s incredibly beneficial to have an impressive number of 5-star reviews backing up your reputation!

Better yet, Google has rolled out a new program called “Google Guarantee” which will only help your online reputation. This program will give you the seal of approval from Google that your business is reputable and trustworthy. When potential customers search for your business, a green checkmark will show right next to your listing which confirms your business is backed by Google.

      What is Google Guarantee?

Google Guarantee is a two-fold program. First, a Google Guaranteed business listing on Google will have the green Google Guarantee check mark next to it, giving potential customers trust in your business. Second, that Google Guaranteed business will be able to utilize Local Search Ads. In addition, businesses with the checkmark will show above other companies with Google’s typical pay-per-click ad program. The businesses with the seal of approval from Google go through a verification process to ensure the business and the business owner are who they say they are. When a potential customer chooses to use a Google Guaranteed business, they know they are choosing the most reliable!

      How Does Google Guarantee Work?

Once your business is verified and Local Search Ads are set up, Google will promise at least one call per week, and your weekly budget is set based on how many leads you want to receive. The minimum weekly budget starts at $50 per week and is dependent on your heading on Google. Rest assured, you will never spend more than your allotted budget. When someone clicks on your phone number on Google, you will know it is coming from your Local Search Ad because you will get an incoming call from a trackable Google phone number. You will only pay if it is a real lead — not just because your phone number was clicked. Junk leads can be reimbursed by Google, so no more worrying about spammers calling and increasing your ad spend! There is also a dashboard where you can see all of your call history with the program, and mark if you booked the job or not.

      Who Can Get Google Guarantee?

Several business categories can apply for Google Guarantee, including:

      Healthcare

      Contractors

      Home Services

      Professional Services

      Auto Care

      Beauty

      Pet Care

      … and more!

*It’s important to note that not all businesses can take advantage of Google Guarantee. You must fall under one of these categories.

How Long Will Setup Take & What is Involved?

From start to finish, it may take up to 3 weeks to finish the Google Guarantee verification. In this time, Google will ask for documentation to verify you and your business, which may include:

Background Check of the Owner & Business

      Business Registration Check

Insurance Check (General & Professional Liability Insurance)

License Check (Business & Owner License on the State Level)

You will also need access to your Google Business Profile listing (in verified standing) with at least five 5-star Google reviews.

This may seem like a lengthy and in-depth process, but it is a crucial step in ensuring your business is not only an accurate representation of you but also verified to be a part of Google Guarantee!
